Itinerary

Day 1: Athens / Thessaloniki – Oslo
Flight via an intermediate stop to Oslo and overnight stay at an airport-area hotel.

Day 2: Oslo – Longyearbyen
Flight to Spitsbergen and arrival in Longyearbyen, the gateway to the Svalbard archipelago. Visit the Svalbard Museum.

Day 3: Longyearbyen
City tour including the North Pole Expedition Museum, exploring the history of Arctic explorers, whaling and life in the High North.

Day 4: Coal Mine 3 & Svalbard Global Seed Vault
Visit the historic Coal Mine 3 and discover key sights of the area, including the Svalbard Global Seed Vault and Adventdalen.

Day 5: Glaciers & Fjords
Cruise by hybrid catamaran through Billefjorden, with views of the Nordenskiöldbreen Glacier and the abandoned Russian settlement of Pyramiden.

Day 6: Adventdalen
Dog sledding excursion through Adventdalen, surrounded by Arctic landscapes, snowy mountains, reindeer and untouched wilderness.

Day 7: Borebukta
Wildlife boat safari to Borebukta, with possible sightings of walruses, Arctic wildlife and dramatic polar scenery.

Day 8: Longyearbyen – Oslo
Free morning in Longyearbyen before your flight back to Oslo.
